    I already reported it as a suspicious stat, but it was rejected

    I've seen all of his reports because I thought it was rejected because of the possibility of a 60hp server or hardcore mod, but He has not played on a particular server for a long time

    Currently there's no sufficient evidence indicating this player is using DMG mod.

    There are several battlereports with slightly higher KPH than normal though, it's hard to tell whether there's something else that causes the abnormality or he modified the DMG just a little bit. 

    Account is currently flagged until more evidence and investigation.

    you have spectator mode open at your server? you need to spec him...he has low headshoos per weapons, like aimbot to body, many battlereports have very high accuarry, for example lmg....need to spec him when you see him again at your servers....
