This guy was cheating, he was not visible and was doing kills without any weapon and in all the three games in which i was present he did more than 100 kills with only 1 death or with no deaths. You can check his profile on Battle Log and he has a K/D of 40kill which is nearly impossible to be acheved by any normal player but the strangest thing of all is that his favorite weapon is MBT LAW, with that he only has 33 kills, I would like to see him getting immediately bannedas he is ruining the gaming esperience on your server. Reason why this player was still under investigation is most likely that there was no evidence provided in the original report. Those reports will fall to the bottom of the list as we do not always have the time to find all the evidence ourselves. Please add decent info to a report to make the process faster.

In this case it was pretty obvious, but I still had to open a few more tabs finding the report needed as evidence. Not much effort for a single case, but If we need to do that for every report the processing time would increase significantly.

The video you added is okay though, so no critisism for you OP. Only for the original reporter.
