What are these reports supposed to show?

Im wondering how accuracy is so different in similar rounds, high score is not the problem, of course. Did you see in the video sometimes is not aiming at all? Could be prefire or just waiting, but suspicious for me. 

Shotguns have higher accuracy count as they have a certain amount of pallets (between 12 - 19) if one of these pallets hits a player it counts as a full hit in terms of accuracy, in some cases you can even hit several people in 1 hit. In most of the rounds you posted which didnt had a shotgun as best weapon, he did use a shotgun as weapon in the round itself. 

The hipfire of the shotgun is also in terms of accuracy quite higher, as it spreads the pallets, therefor making it easier to hit without ADS.
