    Any new account created by a player that is banned will also be banned if it determined to be the same individual.

    Does this mean that I cant now make a new account?

    If my other account was stolen and banned?

    Affirmative. Unfortunately we have to be strict as some cheaters go to extreme lengths to try to be clean. We can't make space for any compromises.
