Hi, did you try to restart the procon layer? This sometimes helps to solve issues like this.

Edit: sorry thought it was your server. As Skulls said, always check if the server is ranked or official. Official servers can not kick and thus keep spamming the kick message. You can recognize ranked servers by this icon:

That is an official server. He can not get kicked from it by admins or 3rd party plugins. Only Punkbuster and FairFight can.

It can be players are whitelisted on that server or that the kicks are dissabled. Try to get in contact with the server owner and ask why. If he does not know he may contact us and we can try and help him to fix the issue.

I see it on the servers where the plugin is and does not kicked.

As I said, try to contact the server owners. We are not aware of any issues at the moment. Server owners are able to whitelist players or disable kicks completely.

And don't forget to set your server filter to ranked instead of official. This way you will avoid a big portion of cheats.

Look at my screenshots. They are made on this server and there it was written that he was player kicked by bf4db for multihack.

It will keep saying that even when a player is whitelisted or when kicks are disabled. So it could be that the server owner did it on purpose.
