I wrote several letters to the company Evenbalance.

I was told that I need to write in support, fill out a ticket.

For 11 months, I did it several times but never received a response.

I ask to cancel this punishment because today there is no evidence that I played with cheats.

There are no videos about me, and there are no complaints about me from server administrators.

Two new Battlefield games have already been released, 

but I don’t want to play them because this punkbuster bug still saddens me.

Please remove this ban, I'm really looking forward to it.
