I'm sory for my poor English.

My nickname in BF 4 is Bred1982.

I have never used any cheats in BF. I can see on your site my clear stats.

However, when I trying to log in to the server "! [EGL] HARDCORE TDM CLASSICS ALL WEAPONS" (one of my favourite) i get a message that I used "Multihack" and have a ban :( 

There is no such problem on other servers. What is very strange, my son with the nickname MBL2010 faced the same problem, although he never used cheats.

Please help me and my son to solve our problems.

I hate cheaters and hope for justice.

You should appeal to the server owners directly, since you and your son visibly are not banned by us.

It's a server ban, you're not banned by us.
