Good God. Where's the video evidence of me loading a hack (which I didn't)? Have you ever heard of "beyond reasonable doubt"? It is not reasonable to suspect everyone of recording ALL THE TIME.
I don't have the ability to enjoy battlefield while recording video. Should I get a dash cam and body cam too?

We have information from the server sent to us indicating that you used the Railgun on Golmud Railway, a weapon that isn't available on this map without using an external loadout hack.
So it's your turn to provide evidence of you picking up the kit from someone else to prove that you were not hacking to get that weapon, but you didn't record the video, which means you failed to prove that you didn't spawn the kit.
So that's a denied appeal for you. Making more appeals will lead to your forum access being suspended.
