    Clip very short, but seems to be a classic case of package loss. What also could have happened is that you started firing too quickly, and your spread was not recovered on time. Maybe a combination of both.

    There is no packetlost markers. SO it is not classic packetlost.
    Sometimes on some servers this happens in the beginning of the round (engine bug). And also the router can be the reason of such problems (when this appears systematically for example NAT or FIrewall).
