Hey guys. The other day I had a ban on my primary account (levolevaquin) that has since been lifted. I now have a ban on this account for "linked account." I'm confused as to why I'm having this issue. Please help.

You don’t need to create forum accounts for every account you own. You need to claim all your accounts under the other forum account.
