It looks like he's using auto spot and at times he's using aimbot, I hope he's banned.

100 to 31% because he head shot you with a bulldog, followed up with a body shot and swapped to magnum to finish you.  

This dudes not cheating.  Hate to break it to you scrubs but he holds angles sometimes when no ones even there, misses shots, and even seems surprised by some people when he turns a corner.

That's the battle report for that game and he had only 4 headshot ribbons with an average of 27.4 damage per shot (bulldog has 33 base damage) and just 2 spotting ribbons (4 spots each).  Everything looks normal and so does his gameplay.  This guy is just ur average high skill player.  Plus spectator will always make stuff look more fishy than it really is.
