Time used: less than an hour
Kills: 214
HS: 151
Shots Hit: 323
DPS: 66,25%
HSK: 70,56%

Any developments? 

as i said in the report. This stat is probably caused by statspadding. Hopping with a friend on an empty server and shoot eachother through the head to unlock stuff. I think this happened due too the high Killstreak and Nemesis kill streak. No battlereports nor any other stats indicate the player is cheating. 

I also believe it's a result of statpadding. The reason why you see damage increase is due to this really. No other reason to assume it is a damage mod
