Now, at the first place I appealed for my ban because I did not cheat at all but couldn't prove it because I didn't have a video record. I understand that because I wasn't able to provide a proof. Then I used my old account and it got banned for linked account and I said "okay, these account have the same ip at the same time and they said that is a ban reason" but now, my new account is banned for linked account again. I do not cheat, do not use macro, do not use any external software but still getting banned. If this is a policy to ban an ip forever, than I want my money back because I paid for that account. Or if you do not have that option, explain to my why a new account gets banned  for a "linked account" that is used before that account. If you are banning an IP, show a logical reason for that. Or tell people to use different IPs on different accounts before arbitrarily banning them. 

You are linked to multiple account used to cheat. Some for damage mod, some for loadout hacks. The bans remain
