1. Just because there are "links" in BFACP, it does not mean in any way that they are linked. BFACP "links" players based on their IP history and can link players that used the same IP years apart.
2. That IP is a VPN.
3. You were told that the IP was a VPN when the player was marked as clean, so there is no need to continue reporting with the same evidence that was not used the first time.
