In the last few days I find a skilled player to take care of my account. I asked him to help me unlock the M4 carbine and other guns. However, it seems him had played "too good" with my account then I got myself banned for abnormal stats before I even noticed. How can I solve this problem? I cannot play on any server I find now.

Please provide the Battlereports that show the statspadding and unlocking the weapons for us! Then we will have a look at it and find a decision!

I think they are the worst ones. The person whom created these mass just admitted to me that he was using hack (aimbot and esp) while helping me do my favor.I know it is bad. I made a mistake of letting a hacker playing on my account. I did not know he would use hack to help me unlock that weapon. I am sorry but I myself had never use hacks and I promise I am not gonna use them in the future.Please take considerate of it. I will do whatever I can to get myself out of this situation. -
