I highly recommend to avoid any kind of 3rd party program to modify the game aspect in any way. Main reason being that you may trigger a PB violation or ban, and given how EB stopped giving sign of life it is without saying a bad idea.

Also I'm pretty sure BF4 does support ultrawide pretty well already and FOV ingame options are broad enough imo.

So for me that's a big no.
