I can't understand how with an overall 60.88% HSK, 34.85% KH but only 13.1% overall accuracy can be legit?

High HSKR with sniper rifles is normal. They're sniper rifles. Most people go for headshots with it.

None of the other stats are suspicious. Not sure what you suspect this player of doing but based of those stats we will not ban him.
