Have You Claimed Your Soldier: Yes
Appeal:
Hello. Today I have found out that I was banned in BF4D. I am applying this appeal as a attempt to defend my innocence. I have gone through my stats as well as the video posted in the report here: https://bf4db.com/player/ban/1057358060 to see whether there is any "Sufficient" proof that could potentially mark me as a cheater.
First of all, let me start with the fact that in the report it has been told that "I have been headshoting people from across the map". This is entirely false and to my defense, you can look at my headshot stats which in fact prove that only around 20 - 30% of my kills are done via a headshots. Same applies to my accuracy stats which in fact directly contradicts with the claim that "I have been using a multihack" since if that would be the case, my accuracy stats would be a lot higher than they currently are.
Now to the video.
First of all I would like to say that the video does not meet the requirements of
- All videos must be unedited, with a preferred resolution of at least 720p. (Despite YouTube showing the option of full HD the video gets extremely blurry at times)
- Videos that are incomplete, muted, edited, modified, or not the original upload may not be used. (There are numerous cuts and tears in the video, either caused by the recording software, or caused by manual editing)
Now to the claims that I was "Pre aiming". The only case of pre-aiming which I found throughout the entire video was at 2:36, which in fact would not look like a pre aim had the entire video with the whole context was uploaded. The person killed me numerous times (Not shown in the recordings) and I was aware that it was his favorite camping spot. In other cases there was either a visible muzzle flash which would indicate the position of the enemy players, footsteps, or they would be marked on the map for long enough period to be able to pinpoint their location.
I would also like to add that I am using bloody v5 mouse which supports recoil reduction for numerous games. You might have noticed that whenever I shoot the recoil goes absurdly up as if I was not even aiming at the target yet somehow I still hit him, well this is caused by the software. It is a specific bug that happens for some reason in battlefield 4 when using my recoil reduction macros (Not happening in battlefield 1). I can sometimes observe this behavior on my client (In this case I have to restart the software), but obviously as shown in the video if someone observes me he can still perceive the bug from the side of his client.
I have been playing this game for a long time. I have over 170 hours. There is no inconsistency in my stats, which are more reliable than a blurry video. I have been called a cheater a lot, sometimes people just can not bear being beaten. I always ignored it. I never thought someone would take it this far.
Additionally the evidence provided I think is insufficient to mark someone as a cheater. I believe no or little investigation was done (Which is understandable considering this is a third hand plugin with a small team). Therefore I would like my false accusation of being a cheater to be lifted.
Considering you just admitted to using macros, which is also considered cheating, your appeal is denied.
