Reporting this player for having way too low of head-shot kill ratio, based on his number of kills and accuracy. These were played today (November 8), but older games show similar. I used the kill number from the battle report rather than the total number of kills. Matches were played on an infantry only rush server.

Glad to see you doing your research on him too Micas. I took a look at his stat history Graph on fairplay and you can see a jump in his accuracy and his h/s percentage drop at the same rate. its not natural and to me suggest him using some sort of 3rd party software to hold him on body shots, maybe to look less suspicious?

This must be the 1st case of a player that can do fast kill and has high accuracy and only shoot the legs, this player must be a pro leg hunter, because to have a stats like that, like 60+ games without a headshot ribbon, lol i get headshot ribbons even when im playing with littlebird or tank, to do this, u must likely to go 100% of time for the legs and only do 100% CQB shots, at any point of time u go for a long shot or for the chest, there will be a chance for random bullet deviation to hit the head and give u a headshot kill, it can happen in one or a few games, but to have that many games with high kills and not a single headshot ribbon, that is something...I mean it can be easy if u have like 25% to 40% acc. and spread tweak, then every time u go for the chest, u will hit the chest because there will be no random spread, but even so, u will only be able to do that at CQB, im not saying this player is cheating, but god damn to have a high kpm, high acc and only shooting the legs? makes no sense, its like if i start to have 80% hs in every game, even though most of the time im going really hard for the head, im not getting these headshots, now if there was not random spread, im pretty sure, i would have 80% hs in every game. -
cases like this are uncommon it is being dug into.

Just out of curiosity, if I may, how are linked accounts determined? Does the BF4DB plugin record account/IP information? If one account gets banned, all other accounts played on that IP are also banned?

Im curious with how the link was determined as well. After comparing the two accounts side by side, its more than obvious they are the same player.
