Good morning.
I am sorry to bother you with this because it is probably a minor problem , but the name that is written on my Claimed player is wrong , also it has the old platoon name. I tryed to update my soldier many many times, but the name isn't changing neither the name of the platoon as well.
The name of my soldier in the bf4db (shpiltzer) is a name from a wannabe hacker that gained access to my account for less than a day , 9 or 10 months ago (thank God i had mail warning and EA saved my account in a matter of minutes when i opened the ticket for it the same day ) .

Think this is a bug on our side. Will ask one of the devs.
And about your hacked account, I hope you have 2FA enabled now on your Origin? :)
