Is that what you posted above your server's guid or your api key?

Did you rename your server to the tag that was provided in the claiming window before you tried to claim it?

I'm not exactly sure where you have been copying that guid from but the string i marked red in your server's link is your server's guid.

Here is a picture of what the server claiming screen should look like (ignore the servers listed below for now).

Above you have a 6-digit key in a white box ( in this case "!BFuv!"). You need to copy that key and replace your server's name with that key. After you changed your server's name and the changes were applied copy your server's guid (the guid i posted above this picture) into the textbox and click on the "Claim" button.

NOTE: After you successfully claimed your server you can rename your server back to the old name!

If the claiming process was successful you will see your server listed below. When that's done you can go ahead and click on the "Api Key" button next to your server and copy the entire key that was generated within the white box and copy it into your BF4DB plugin.

Your Server's name didn't change! If you change your server's name through Procon Frostbite you have to restart your Procon layer, if you change it through your host you have to restart your entire server.
