First of all we do not accept PunkBuster violations as proof of cheat anymore (see this). Only if there is enough evidence on the player we may add them to the ban reason.

Second, only records from the player's point of view will show if there's aimbot or not.

So far I don't see any solid evidence of cheat against this player.
