Every account whitelisted should be required to:

- Prohibit the use of VPN who is whitelisted

- Force the player to claim his account;

Why that?

- Do not allow the use of VPN accounts on the whitelist for players who have been banned, as I see a suspicious account like TowHanks (Possibly former JackPinga already banned) that may be on the whitelist of the server using VPN to not be identified or have a linked account.

- If you're on the whitelist, it's because you did something wrong or you need to use VPN if the server prohibits the use, so forcing users to claim the account is easier to identify, but it still allows you to continue playing.

- If the player does not have a banned account, then allow that player on the whistelist to play with VPN, but also identifying the player.
