I don't think this addressed in previous posts, sorry if it was.

When I do a search on my Name (Spacetooth) here in BF4DB, I come up with two records, both identical... same info, #, etc.

Is this normal?

Ye that is on EA's end. Sometimes they manage to create multiple UserID's on one GUID resulting in multiple inputs in our DB. Nothing to worry about, it just looks a bit odd :)
