Make sure that you using latest version of plugin.

Download the newest Plugin version (2.0.4) and install it on your gameserver.
Make sure to enable Autobans in the plugin settings else the plugin won't enforce BF4DB bans on your server. Your server needs to be Ranked aswell, official does not work.
