Appeal: The only suspicious part about this video should be the part with the smoke. Where in this video it shows the beforehand of it. I merely assumed someone would still be in the alleyway because there was 3 people originally, and I assumed right. You can see at the very start of the video it shows the OBS having "Display Capture" where it captures everything I am seeing, so there is no use of "ESP/Wallhack". 

I've reviewed the evidence, and feel that at this time it is not enough to warrant a ban.
