I made an appeal last week trying to get my BF4 account back. It is found out that sadly BF4DB administrators cannot do anything if i was banned by punkbuster so i  applied a ticket to them.

This is the appeal i made here last week. Can one of the administrators have a look at the discussion i had with one of the guys from EvenBalance and help me out what should i do next?

EB does not find the violation to be triggered in error, therefore we cannot lift our ban.
