Hello first of all, best regards, I hope you understand that English is not my native language so I will try to explain my situation and hope you can understand me.
I've been playing BF4 for several hours and this is the first time a situation like this happens to me and I do not know what to do ... I leave the link of my battlelog account along with the report of the banned player

It seems like that other account shares the same interest in servers as you? Both playing on the same servers?

How would that work? Do you share your connection with everyone or you use an open network? Cause it seems unlikely that you do not know who uses your connection if both of you play on the same servers? All within reasonably short timeframes.Edited: | 5 years ago -
I play eventually since I study and work but it seems strange to me that there is another account with those characteristics, I do not have a premium account but here are the last servers that I have played .... it can be for the wi-fi if someone else is using and I have not noticed

For now it looks like both the accounts belong to you unfortunately. I would need a battlereport that show you and that other account play together. It must be from before your ban.

Those do not show you play together with the other account. Without such battlereport I can not approve the appeal.

I give up.....because I have not found a battlereport where the two accounts are there ... it hurts but thanks for help anyway

Be sure to check your network security. Or ask if someone you know has used your machine without your permission.
As we can not find evidence the two accounts are from different users, the appeal is denied.
Consider reading our ban and appeal policies to prevent further issues with our service.
