After talking to Torsten-AUR- who was kind enough to provide me with information (many thanks at this point) I'd like to submit my ban appeal.

So I talked with my brother http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/de/user/Jihadboyy/
and it seems like he was the reason I was banned for linked accounts while I had nothing to do with it.
I'd like to state that I have never cheated in a multiplayer game nor will I ever do it. If he gets banned rightfully for cheating he deserved it but I had nothing to do with it in the first place.

There are no reports from before as I have never played with my brother. I even added him to my friends list just to show that there are two separate accounts, I can't just conjure some as much as I'd like to, why would that even matter?... -
As said before. New reports can easily be faked. Burt is double checking everything now.

As said before. New reports can easily be fakes by letting someone use your account for two games.
Do you want me and my brother to record the same game on each account if that would convince you? -
We are currently discussing your case internally (again). While your case is re-opened you can access 4DB servers.
If you could play together with your brother again on a 4DB protected server that could help your case. Be sure that the server actively streams to our service.

I won't be able to do that right now because my brothers not home atm but as soon as he's here I can do that. Shall we record it as well or not?
BTW he is still banned on BF4DB protected servers how can we even join a game? -
