I bought this game a week ago and just played like always. (https://bf4db.com/player/1002973068548 , already claimed)

And i was wondering why i was banned so i looked up this site to find out why.

But when i press on the banned-button to see the reason why i was banned, it just shows me a random account which isnt even mine, so what was i banned for?

1-Day before i was banned i streamed on twitch.tv  (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/331907749)

So what is going on?

You were banned for linked account to that profile which was banned for suspicious stats by their site bot. 

Okay, but i never linked an account i dont even know how to, so we are talking someone linked his account to mine or what?

That account isnt mine and i never heard of the name before, so i still dont understand why i was banned for that.

• Accounts having overlapping IP and timestamp information will be considered a linked account. Player information streamed to the Service can be used for this purpose.

• If an account is currently banned by BF4DB, all other accounts that are positively identified as a linked account will receive a ban for “Linked Account” as well. Similarly, if the main ban successfully appeals, all other alt bans will be lifted.

So your saying he has the same ip as me?

I dont know how that could be possible.

As i said i never heard of the account before and i dont own it, in short its not mine.

Please use an external cam and be sure the screen is clearly visible. Face does not have to be in the picture of course. Record from start of the machine till the end of the game. You will be given 72h. During this time your ban will be lifted so you can record. After you agreed to these things the ban will be temp lifted.

I dont own a Camera i can only record with my mobile but even then i have no option to put it so you can see the screen clearly.

Is there another way to do it or is this the only way?

I would like to hear this out first because i would need to buy something to fix my mobile on.

I just tried out some things and i would be able to record my screen but beforehand,

i cant assure for good quality and visibility because my mobile is some years old and has seen better times.

If that is okay then i would agree.
