Appeal: Hello, my name is André Dias and after hours that I went I found that on some servers I can no longer log in, due to a ban, about a bug in the map, my brother and I were making a video for youtube showing the map problem , which even after years has not been corrected, at any time we use programs or other software to circumvent something and get benefits from it. So much so that it is not possible to damage enemies. I acknowledge the mistake that was demonstrating the failure of an online match, and that we should report this problem on the map to EA. Anyway, I kindly ask you to reevaluate this ban, as we are honest players and we love the franchise and we want it to evolve and remain more and more protected. I believe that an expulsion from the server could be given but not a total ban on BF4DB, I am not a cheater or hack. I have a small YouTube channel, where I only bring fun and fair play.
