Appeal: I don't particulary remember the day I was banned. But when I got into a server, then I got a message saying "Suspicious stats" but I did not get kicked form the server. The server kept spamming this message but nothing was happening. After I entered another server, then I got a message like: Banned for multihack.

I was checking my punkbuster service and it was off. I thought it was a punkbuster service problem that got me these messages as previously mentioned and I turned the service on again. Went back into another server. Got kicked for multihack again and my punkbuster service was again off. I repaired the service and got into another server and then I got banned again for multihack...but this time punkbuster service was enabled and started.

How is that possible that I'm banned because of a broken windows service?

I've played BFBC2 and BF3 for some time and never cheated...why should I do it in a newer game, wich is better than the games before...

Additional Information: Havent played BF4 because of this ban for some time now. If I was a hacker/modder, then I should have been banned by punkbuster too but I have not.
