Hello Community !

So i come back home after few months  , was  with army in other country and wanted to play  Battlefield 4 again and now it says iam banned 100% ? 

Received curious mails  in Chinese Language  about my account or something. Contacted EA Immidiatly that probably my account got hacked .  Secured the account with them . And i asked if iam banned ? they said all looks clear . Now plz tell me why on this website here iam banned ?

Also  in the History of my games , since iam an EU Player  , why there is so many  Servers from Japan , Honkong in there ,  makes no sense to me .

I readed  the  Thread that you guys dont  unban players  when their account got hacked , but listen plz .  1st of all i had not even a chance to do further steps to secure my account of being hacked . 2nd in Real life on the frontline is the last thing i think to protect my game.
