    Appeal: This is the last time I’m doing this. Only this time the EA support team told me to do it. After many appeals in the past, I have been denied every time. If someone hacked into my my account even though all precautions were taken, oh well. But the fact that I now have to take responsibility of this is just insane. Anyways, here is the case number for EA Help: 53875361

    ( 6m 45s ) Visitor: I tried to appeal for several weeks to no avail as they said having a hacked account is my responsibility even though I took all precautions to prevent this from happening

    Even we transfer the game, the game progress never gets transferred over to the other account
