Hi, 

About 3 days ago I returned and played BF4 for the first time in well over a year. Just enjoying the game like I always have, then suddenly, tonight, weird stuff. Joining servers to immediately be kicked left and right, as well as one that would place me in the server as the only player (when it would constantly say there were 50+ players in it on BLog). Then, I joined a tdm server that kept spamming "WashedUpp is banned for linked account" over and over again for the entire match, and people were getting pissed at me. 

I did some google searching, but I still have no idea what I did to get banned. Only thing I can think of is that I just changed my name a day or two ago, perhaps was there someone in recent history using the same name that cheated? 

I'm pretty sure some kind of mistake took place that led to my account receiving a ban, and I'd love to get it fixed ASAP so I can go back to enjoying this fun game. 

Whoever reviews this ban, is there any other sort of information that you would need from me?

How is that account supposedly linked to mine? I'm still extremely confused, as I've never hacked or cheated in any video game in my life. I hate cheaters more than anything.
