Reason for ban: Suspicious Stats

Appeal:

howdy id like to present the case and state that i was not the person that cheated in these 4 cases. my account got hacked and the impostor used my account to cheat in the period of a month here are my reasons as to why

1.- it states that all 4 of the cases used to get me banned are from last month but the thing is that I didn't have BF4 installed in my pc because I was playing other games, particularly for honor and smite. which are both games that I have more than 100 hours in from last month

2.- I noticed that when I tried to log in to origin after 5 months or so of not using the platform, I couldn't log in because the impostor changed my password. I had to use the password changer to get my account back. when I logged in my account and started re-downloading BF4 I started noticing I was downloading all the DLC too. at first, I thought EA gifted the DLC as a gesture of good faith but now that I realized I was banned for games I wasn't even a part of a month ago makes me sure that somebody else was using my account

3.- this is more as proof to the first and second point you can look at my battle report history and you can realize that a lot of games in the DLC maps took place around a month ago. and you can see an 8-month difference between the first game in operation metro and the last match I played before uninstalling that was in Siege of Shanghai 8 months ago. you can also see that all games before my last match in Siege of Shanghai took place in vanilla maps. There are no DLC maps whatsoever

I hope you believe my story despite how far-fetched it may seem, I know I don't have the most concrete evidence but I just noticed I got banned this morning after not being able to get into any games
