    Hello,

    I´m having the following issue:

    "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'Sinix01' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN 47321bb3"

    The permanent ban does not specifie the reason.

    BF4DB shows my profile as "Good", meaning, no history of any kind of cheats/hacks.

    I tried to check if I got a report(and the reason behind it), but unfortenatly I did not find where to check it.

    Can you  help me, please? If you need more info, just let me know.

    You’re banned by Punkbuster, not BF4DB. Sadly there’s nothing you can do and your account is useless now. Your best bet is buying a $5 copy of the game and starting over. Appealing it at Evenbalance will fall on deaf ears and will not be lifted. Sorry bud.
