So I am a returning player to BF4 and I am constantly being kicked from matches by admins upon loading into server.

I am confused as to why this is happening and looking into insight.

My ping averages depending on the server location 30-60. 

I am accessing servers that have the same map content as downloaded. 

I am a premium member.

Is there a software issue conflicting with fairfight?

Any information would be appreciated.

You will need to contact EA and figure out why your account was reset.

If EA states that your stats reset was a mistake then we will lift our ban.
