Have You Claimed Your Soldier: Yes!

Appeal: Sorry if this is a bit long, but here goes. As you can probably see from my stats, I´ve been playing for a long time now and stopped for a short while (to study for university) about 2 or 3 months ago. Then I wanted to play again and every time I tried to join a server, I got kicked and the message said: You were kicked by PunkBuster (no extra reason or anything). I updated drivers, reinstalled PB and updated it... no success. Then one day I´m looking for answers on the web and it says to go to the Battlelog website and see if there´s an error message there, and there is! It says something along the lines of "Global Ban for PimpFader". I was shocked, to say the least since I had no idea why. For all I remember, I just quit the game the last time I played and I am very sure that I was not kicked. I´ve never cheated on this game and I have something like 800 hours! I love this game and I would never risk cheating or glitching etc! (I would think my stats kind of show that I don´t have any outrageous abnormalities.) I went to PB to get a trouble ticket about 2 weeks ago (and never got an answer back) and hoped (still hoping) for the best. Today I tried to see if anything has changed and went to the Battlelog website to try BF4 again and then a new error message appeared which I had never seen before (which said that I was kicked and banned for a Multihack, and gave me the link to your website.) So here I am trying to get the ban lifted.

Somewhere on your website, it said to prove my innocence somehow. Other than my stats, I can´t.

I can, however, tell you with 100% confidence and truth, that I have not once cheated during my almost 800 hours of game time (and hope you believe me!). That´s all I got. Thank you.
