A few months ago there was a problem with connecting to some servers. I later noticed that i was banned for [BF4DB] Suspicious Stats.

What this generally means I do not understand. I'm not using hacks, triggers, mods or others programs.

Please remove the ban, or explain its full cause.

I am sorry about all the confusion but I have found out how to claim my soldier but I am unable to get on at the

moment. I am afraid that the time period will be over before I can get on battlefield4 and claim my soldier. If you could extend the time period by 12 hours max that would be all the time I need to claim my soldier and get back to you.

After doing some research I found out how to claim my account through mobile Battlelog. This took a long time because of my very slow connection speeds. Sorry about the confusion, but I have finally claimed my soldier. Hope to advance and solve the case about my ban. :)
