Hi,

This is Sumon. I used occasionally play BF4 during the last couple of years. About 1-2 months ago, I seriously picked up playing BF4. I usually play at night after coming home from work. My younger brother also plays BF4 when I am not on home on the same account on the same computer.

Yesterday night, I got notice when I tried to join some servers. It was saying that I have been kicked from these servers because I was supposedly using hacks to benefit my status. I am not the type of person who would do this. I asked my brother and he said he didn't do anything. But when I pushed harder, he admitted to using hacks multiple times over the last 2 weeks in some servers. If you could analyze the times when the hack was used you would notice they should be during the normal work hours in the United States when I am not in my home. As I didn't have anything to do that I would humbly request to you that my ban to be lifted. Just to let you know, my brother has been barred from using my PC permanently when I am not home. I really liked picking up playing BF4 these last couple of months. So, please review my request keeping everything in mind I have informed you of today. I sincerely hope that my ban would be lifted given what happened. I am fine if you would reset my stat for the last couple of weeks as these may not have actually reflected my actual ability to play the game.

Unfortunately we will not be able to lift the ban on the account since it was used to cheat regardless of who used it.
