I got banned with Aimbot 52120 a month ago. I have been a regular BF3 and BF4 player for several years and I never cheated on any server, as my score and gaming history hopefully proves (http://bf4stats.com/pc/Draqito/). On 12.5.2018, I downloaded all of Origin and BF4 again as I bought a new SSD. Lately I played BF4 with group of friends on the Bumsbude server most of the time. One evening the game was great as usual, the next day, without any updates or installations I know of, I tried to enter a different server and was suddenly accused of Aimbot 52120. I was silly enough to try to enter Bumsbude, probably too soon after it and got banned. I believe it must be a false positive ban, I have no need to cheat as BF is only a source of relax and fun with my friends to me.

I contacted GGC and Evenbalance as advised by my friends, but it was useless (http://www.evenbalance.com//troubleticket/update_ticket.php?ticketnumber=EB&moved to admin view). I also contacted EA support, but everyone says that only Evenbalance can do anything about it. Now they expect me to buy a new game without telling me what went wrong in my PC. I truly believe nobody has stolen my account (phone number protected) or played on my PC.

Now my friend recommended me to contact you. Is there any chance you could investigate my case? I would still like to know what went wrong to avoid it, as I am afraid it could cause all this again in case the ban was actually lifted. Thank you for your time, I would be grateful for any help.
