    I feel bad when I see my account get banned. I have a PC and used it at the same time as my younger brother he is 17 years old, a few days ago when there was a discount on bf4 Steam I bought it immediately and I just finished downloading the game. At the same time I got a work call for a week outside the city and without my knowledge my brother played this game using a cheat / hack program that he downloaded via YouTube (he has admitted it to me). I just bought this game with hard-earned money and my brother messed it up. I ask for help so that my account is back to normal, I just want to play this game and I don't know what else I ask for help but I really tell the truth. If later my account returns to normal I promise not to let my brother use the cheat program again. Thank you.

    Unfortunately we do not lift bans on accounts that were used to cheat regardless of who was using the account.
