I have no idea why i was banned this is truly a mystery for me but i guess you here that all the time.

I dont know how i can challenge these charges becouse for my knowledge i have never cheated or done anything that could be considered bad gamestyle and would also never do becouse , only time i let another person use my bf4 game was for my niece that was very young but i cant see how its possible for a small child to figure out cheats when they dont even cant play it becouse it acquires some knowldege on how to play it (he cant even use his both hands same time on keyboard an mouse).

I hope i get an explenation on why i am banned and hope u unlift it so i can enjoy this game .
