Appeal: I'm not too sure what the ban was for, it happened a few years ago however I remember back then my account was hacked. Looking at the actual ban, I'm not too sure what I see. It says my stats were reset, which as far as I'm aware is a feature that you can use on Battlelog with a Premium account. I'm not sure I understand the entire thing, especially considering it was a few years ago now.

Your account didn't simply have their "stats reset". You had a hard reset by FairFight.

You will need to reach out to EA and if they establish that the FairFight stats reset was a mistake we will lift our ban.
