    Appeal: I think I got banned when I was hacked a few years ago (aprox. 4 years ago and the ID of the cases in ea support site were #18403394 and #18498302) and the person who hacked me was even using a different nickname (I believe that it was written in russian language)

    Since the cases in EA before 2017 require me to contact them  (which is possible only during the day because they only give support through telephone here in Brazil) to have all the conversations I had with the support, I cannot give any confirmation of the process I went through to retreive my account for now

    I only found out that I was banned after a few tries of downloading the game and not being able to get into games (only after trying to join through battlelog I received the message that I was banned here) and if possible I would like to receive a lift so I can be able to play it again
