Appeal: I've been noticing some problems recently with me joining servers and immediately being "Kicked by admin". I got back from uni a few weeks ago, and have been trying to get back into BF4, but haven't been able to because of the error. I watched some videos online, saw that it might be because of something called "punkbuster", but I'm a very casual player and don't know what that is. I downloaded a new version of whatever it is (I think it's to prevent cheating, sorry for my ignorance, I just like playing the game for fun) and installed it. The first game I joined after doing this, I got a message in chat saying I was banned for "MULTIHacking", and I'm really confused. any help would be much appreciated, thanks guys!

No you are not banned due to Punkbuster. You are banned for Multihack and the ban is solid.
