Appeal: Hi. I'm creating this appeal today, because I just tried to play BF4 for the first time in almost a year. I was able to play last summer all the time, and now all of the sudden my account is banned? I'm very confused on how this happened and would love to try and resolve this. I know "hacked" account appeals are denied, but I have photo/email proof from Origin that my account was being used. Also shouldn't the IP address be different if someone used my account? I'm willing to provide any information necessary to resolve this issue. This PC, my only PC, has never been used to hack and I'm hoping there is a way I can prove that.
