Briefly, the recovered account is banned from all servers.

   This happened 7-8 month ago. My account is hacked. At the end of 1 week I noticed and saved my account, but I was late. I wasn't logging in for that. The time has passed. my friends invited to the game but I can not login to any server. You can check my before matches. I am not perfect but i am  good player. You can check my overall stats not suspicious.
