    Haven't played battlefield 4 in months and I try and join any server and I get kicked instantly.I just wanna know what I did. My stats were reset back in 2014 but I never did anything since then.

    If you think the reset back in 2014 was a mistake, contact EA via the procedure here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    If they admit it to be a mistake you may create a new appeal.
